Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and usually arrive within 5 days.
The delivery charge depends on the product and your area, and is always shown before you confirm the order.
Some products require the delivery charge to be paid online at checkout; the product amount stays cash on delivery.
Return & refund policy
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective or not as described.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Once we receive and check the item, the refund is issued to the same method you paid with.
Payment policy
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver.
Online payment (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) is used for prepaid delivery charges and is processed securely.
We never ask for your PIN or OTP — nobody from this store will call you for it.
Privacy policy
